I've been falling stagnant lately. Before I hit the area of complaining about how I'm unhappy with my work or anything else, I just decided to get to it. I didn't turn on the tv or plop down in my bed. I set up the shot and started working on my make-up. and roughly 45 minutes later I was ready.
Blackground, laundry basket tripod, a hobbled together flash, and probably the shittiest digital SLR. It's been through hell and back. Someone cut the flash wire on it, the batter door won't close so it's taped shut, and it's probably been dropped more times than anyone would like to admit. But a camera is a camera. And while it would be nice to have a Canon 5d mrk II to myself. I'll take what I can get. Cause this is proof that it isn't about the equipment it's how you use it.
And it's fantastic cause I shot on saturday with a model. Nothing lined up for this week, but the weekend looks like sunday might have some space...
